COMPASSION PODS

What is COMPASSION PODS (cpods.org)?

COMPASSION PODS is a charitable initiative prompting others to follow Amazing Grace Spaces (UK charity) providing basic safe space sleeping pods for rough sleepers (the basic pods are self contained with bed and chemical toilet). The initiative encourges everyone to continue encouraging one another to exercise compassion by seeking effective ways to respond to those in need. The initiative encourages construction of basic self contained sleeping pods by sharing blueprint plans with community volunteers looking for valuable community projects (this is a work in progress). The initiative also encourages emergency housing providers to develop projects to site and manage the basic sleeping pods to help respond to the problem of persistent rough sleepers.
